Is the EAP confidential?
Information relating to your participation in the EAP is strictly confidential. No information will be shared with anyone without informed, voluntary and written consent. We are bound by the highest international standards of confidentiality and privacy.
Do I have to pay to use the EAP?
There is no cost to you for taking advantage of the EAP service, as these costs have been paid for by your employer.
Can my dependents use the EAP too?

Can I call EAP anytime of the day?
The EAP Care Access Centre can be contacted toll-free, 24 hours per day, 7 days per week so that you can access support when you want it. Please refer to your programme material for the Care Access Centre phone number of your country or contact your HR to learn more.
